Scheduling WordPress Posts Vs. Posting Right Away

So I decided that I need to fall in love with writing again. It’s the reason that I discovered WordPress in the first place. Blogger didn’t work for me like I wanted it to. Joomla Sucks and so does it’s little dog Drupal. So I have been writing a post a day, or lacking there of, to make sure that I accomplish this goal of mine. One of the things I hate about building a website for a client is to provide content. After all, the way I see it, you know your business better than I do. So you provide the work and I make it styled.

So I started to realize that I have about 100 new subscribers to my blog and they get emails when I publish a new post. I did not realize that If i were to publish this right now at 2:36am, that the email goes out and they now know I am up. What a way to track or stock some one right? Subscribe to their posts and you can keep track of their schedules. Know when they are online and etc. As if Facebook doesn’t allow you to do that already. Am I Right people that stock? I am.

So I decided to, from now on schedule posts that will post during regular daylight hours and no more posting emails go out at 3 am. Smart Move.
